05) The concept of circular economy is gaining popularity overseas but lags to pick up in Singapore. Do you think it should be otherwise?

The concept of circular economy which pretty much states that waste should be turned into new resources instead of going to land-fields or incineration is an idealistic concept. However implementing such concept would require significant transformations in Singapore's infrastructures and way of doing. What is your view on the topic?
